On the 4th of February, World Cancer Day is an international day intended to raise awareness of cancer and to encourage its prevention, detection, and treatment. World Cancer Day is led by the Union for International Cancer Control to support the goals of the World Cancer Declaration. To honour this extremely important subject, we wanted to take this opportunity to highlight a relationship we value deeply here at Snapfish.

Right now, one in four people living with cancer in the UK feel that they just ‘can’t afford life’. Macmillan Cancer Support is one of the largest British charities and provides specialist health care, information and financial support to people affected by cancer. It also looks at the social, emotional and practical impact cancer can have, and campaigns for better cancer care.
11×17″ Macmillan Wall Calendar “Seasonal Craft”
Snapfish and Macmillan are raising money to support people living with cancer and their families. To do this, Snapfish will donate to Macmillan, a portion of the sales from specially-selected custom Snapfish products at no extra cost to you. Since 2015, the money raised through our partnership has helped fund schemes such as their large information and support centre for a year so that people have the chance to talk through their concerns with specialist staff.

Macmillan have designed a range of nine cards with different messages of support for friends and family, from simple and poetic to funny and personalised, to represent several stages of the cancer journey. So, not only will your card lift the spirits of someone who’s been diagnosed with cancer or those supporting loved ones fighting cancer, but you’ll also help us to ensure that no one faces cancer alone.
